Build Advanced Carbon Layering 2.0: New for the Supreme Shadow goalie stick, Bauer’s ACL 2.0 construction revamps stick production with additional carbon-composite layering to produce an ultra-lightweight and highly-rigid composite stick. On the ice, Bauer’s superior ACL 2.0 composite offers improved energy transfer and paddle durability over the previous Mach stick. Unidirectional Carbon Fiber Shaft: A high strength shaft produced from an ultralightweight, unidirectional carbon fiber weave. Its UD Carbon shaft gives the Shadow goalie stick a responsive, balanced feel with superior energy transfer and enhanced shaft durability. TeXtreme® 24k Spread Tow Carbon Weave: Fans of Bauer’s elite goalie and player sticks may be familiar with the distinctive checkered carbon appearance of TeXtreme® 90° spread tow weave. Giving the Shadow stick its lightweight, and highly-rigid feel, TeXtreme® ST is woven in a 90° checkered pattern from strips of a larger, 24,000 carbon filament unspun yarn (tow).
